Hello and welcome to Chill Brain Vibes! This is a site that I, a teenage girl created so other people could use it as a resources for their mental health. It’s a judgement free space that has resources I think are helpful, as well as some resources my therapists have taught me and articles about my experiences. And let me warn you, I will probably make spelling mistakes but that’s ok!
I will also try my best to update the website every couple of days. My life is a little interesting, so hopefully I’ll be able to update it a little everyday!

I don’t have many rules on this website. All I ask is that you keep it positive. I think there’s a comments section on the blog posts, and while I have control over them please don’t say anything negative. Not only can it affect the other people using this blog, it can also affect me. And if you respond or connect with others, please keep it positive and appropriate. I can’t control anybody’s actions, but I’d really like for this to be a safe and positive space.
